哈咯~婆婆又来咯！今天分享小孩大人都会喜欢的料理--泰式鸡！
材料 Ingredients：
【主材料 main ingredients】
- 三个鸡全腿 3 whole chicken thighs
- 半条红萝卜 carrots
- 大葱 onion
- 半条黄瓜 cucumber
【酱料调制 sauce】
- 适量的泰式酱 some Thai sauce
- 一汤匙的酸梅酱 1 tbsp of plum sauce
【炸粉 fried powder 】
-- 一碗的面粉 one bowl of flour
- 一汤匙的薯粉 1 tbsp of tapioca starch
【腌制材料 marinated ingredients】
- 一汤匙的薯粉 1 tbsp of tapioca starch
- 一汤匙的酱油 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 少许的胡椒粉 some black/white pepper powder
- 一茶匙的盐 half tsp of salt
-一粒鸡蛋 an egg

謝謝大家的提醒💕 平時如果切生吃的蔬菜會分開切！只是那天婆婆忘了，切好雞肉才切菜！是錯誤示範！🤣 但那天發現後的蔬菜有洗過很多遍才吃，不用擔心哦🙆🏻‍♀️

没关系，婆婆年纪大了，我的外婆90岁了也是一样的，没有留意这些的。但我们儿孙都理解，毕竟以前老的一辈尤其是在乡下的，没有这些卫生观念，也比较随便。

婆婆生熟切板最好分開，免得食物中毒。因為切了雞直接切菜（不經高溫煮），受污染的機率很高

很喜欢看你们的影片，让我回忆起以前婆婆还在时的时光相似的户外厨房，相似的大黑铁锅，相似的客家话，相似的老人口吻，以前我也经常载婆婆去巴刹去同发买东西。虽然已经过了三年，但仿佛又好像昨天。

Popo, it's very unhygienic to cut the cucumber and onion using the same chopping board that was used to cut the chicken. You may get food poisoning from the raw chicken juice that was still on the chopping board as the cucumber and onion was eaten raw with the cooked chicken. Take care.

Must teach popo after cut chicken must wash the cutting board and hand before handling others food. Coz very dangerous raw chicken contaminated with Salmonella. Can cause food poisoning.
