蒜香辣椒蝦
材料:
📌越南生蝦
📌蔥頭
📌辣椒
醃料:
📌牛油
📌蒜蓉
📌黑胡椒
📌鹽
做法:
1. 熱鑊後,加入牛油,蔥頭爆香。
2. 再加入越南生蝦,先不要翻炒,加入黑胡椒,煎一面至變色後再翻面。
3. 最後加入蒜蓉,鹽,辣椒和牛油,翻炒均勻後上碟,完成!

Ingredients:
📌 Fresh shrimp
📌 Spring onion
📌 Chili peppers
Marinade:
📌 Butter
📌 Minced garlic
📌 Black pepper
📌 Salt
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan and add butter. Sauté the spring onion until fragrant.
2. Add the fresh shrimp to the pan without stirring. Sprinkle with black pepper and pan-fry one side until it changes color, then flip the shrimp.
3. Finally, add minced garlic, salt, chili peppers, and butter to the pan. Stir-fry evenly. Once cooked, transfer to a plate. Your Garlic Chili Shrimp is now ready to serve!
