Pred is such a classic character I love it. He was the only one to actually play semi-corrupt correctly. Always leaving bread crumbs etc.

I didn't usually watch much of Pred beyond when he would patrol with Peach and Crystal; but I think Pred is a pretty ideal character/person for chewing people out and giving them that 'Drill-Sergeant' style 'grilling' for their mistakes.
