상주 중동 경천섬 근처에 사는데 며칠전 경천섬에서 어디서 많이본 씨벨로 지나가는 모습 밨는데 느낌이 맞았구나 ㅋㅋㅋ 소똥은 상주가 전국에 소를 제일 많이 키움니다 명실상감한우 가셔서 한우탕 드시지 ㅋ 다음에 또 한번 오세요 ㅎ

역시 믿고보는 라이딩 영상입니다 편집하면서 배경에 어울리도록 선택하는 음악들이 너무 가슴에 찐하게 와 닿습니다 어찌 그리 장면 장면에 절묘하게 곡들을 선댁하는지 영상을 보면서도 그저 놀랍습니다 이 맛에 이 영상을 봅니다 음악이 잘 깔려 진 영화한편 보는 것. 같아요 다음 영상도 기대됩니다~^^ 최고입니다^^

O que mais me impressiona nos vídeos são as lindas paisagens e a ótima qualidade das estradas e das ciclovias aí na Coreia 😍 PS: não sabia que no inverno ciclistas comem mais devido o frio, bom eu não saberia porque aqui na região norte do Brasil, o frio intenso não existe. Eu acho legal ver você comendo tão bem Mindy 🤭😄 gostaria de saber que comida é essa na latinha pequena de cor laranja? Obrigada por compartilhar 🙂👍🌟🌟🌟🌟

오늘은 선 육계장 후 맛집!이라 더 좋습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 늦은 출발 늦은 식사로 맘도 손도 바빠 라면은 그냥 흡입중 ㅋㅋㅋ 밥량은 적지만 포켓에 두둑히 간식을 배불리 채워둡니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 낙동강 상주보 자전거길 수준이 A급이라 달리는 맛도 A급 더 신납니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 벌써 눈앞에 상주보가 보입니다^^ 장미꽃같이 예쁜 인사로 다른 라이더분들을 맞이하는 민댕님! 마음도 참 곱네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 드넓은 낙동강 상주보 위를 거침없이 달리는 민댕님 도남서원을 지나 전국에 단 한곳뿐인 상주 자전거 박물관 체험관은 보다더 알차게 꾸며 놓았습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 도로와 하나가 되어 위험한 상주 주막 가는 길! 옛모습을 그대로 재현해 놓은 주막식당 가격도 합리적이지만 경천섬 낙동강 물빛을 바라보며 먹는 비빕밥 떡갈비 맛도 아주 좋았습니다ㅋㅋㅋ 든든하게 배를 채우고 여유를 부리면 가는 시간에 맘은 급해도 여유로운 몸은 달리는 민댕님을 가볍게 하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 벼수확이 끝나 논이 평야처럼 펼쳐지고 수확이 한창인 무밭 무들도 마지막 가을인 양 걷어들입니다ㅋㅋㅋ 이색적인 산속 자전길에 들어서면 묘한 매력 짙은 느낌에 취해 경사도도 힘껏 달려봅니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 눈길처럼 미끄러운 낙엽길이 위험천만 기다리고 있었네요 정말!! 먹은 것이 다 소화가 될 무렵! 이쁨 2번째가 민댕님을 맞이 합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 낙동강과 위천이 만나는 지점! 정말 아름답고 신기하기 그지없네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 갑자기 나타난 순간 경사도 20% 산길을 힘겹게 지나 일반도로로 복귀하면 배고픈 시간에 젤리간식과 휴식을 더해봅니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 해는 점점 기울고 바람도 매섭게 불어 옵니다! 대둔사 가는 6.2km! 민댕은 이미 가을을 멋지게 따라붙으며 달리고 있습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 긴시간 긴거리 정말 고생하셨습니다^^

Mindyさんの様に、食べたい物を食べるサイクリングスタイルがとても好きです。私も奏しています。よくサイクリング前は、あれだこれだとこだわる人もいますが、好きな物を食べて好きなサイクリングを楽しむ。変な拘りよりもマナーを守り楽しくサイクリングをする。日本人もMindyさんのようなサイクリングをする人が増えたらいいのにね～
