처음부터 보급식 챙김에 진심과 열정이 느껴집니다 참외까지... 열외없네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 구독자님이 소재해 준 난이도 높은 화악산을 여름용 워머까지 착용하고 출발입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 민들레 마트부터 시작인데 도로가 넓고 맨홀도 없어 최곤데 그늘이 없어서 아쉬웠지만 뭐 나무가 있어도 힘든 건 팩트가 아닐까요?! ㅋㅋㅋ 주먹밥 먹을 생각에 굽이굽이 힘든 도로도 민댕님을 달리게 하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 화악터널도 반갑고 약수물도 반갑고... 주먹밥 참외 먹방은 더 귀여웠습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 속도로 다운힐 하는 모습은 보는 저도 시원시원 했습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 곡운구곡은 진짜 신기하고 멋진데 저 산을 넘어온 민댕님은 더 멋졌습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 도마치재! 영화의 한장면 같은 멋진 풍경이 힘듦을 잠시 잊게 해줍니다 ㅋㅋㅋ간식타임에 잠깐 둘러본 용소 폭포는 아담하고 예뻐서 마치 한폭의 그림 같네요ㅋㅋㅋ 덥고 힘들었지만 그래도 멋진 풍경을 안고 멋지게 라이딩 하는 민댕님 모습은 최고였습니다^^ 역시 마지막에 감독님 등장은 국룰?! ㅋㅋㅋ

트레일mtb 풀 서스펜션 깍두기 2.3으로 힘들게 올랐던 기억이 생생하네요. 역시 업힐은 로드가 최고네요. 빠름보다 느림이 아름다운 풍경 감상에최고죠. 즐기며 타는 민댕님에 박수를 보냅니다.

I enjoy your videos, cheers! One suggestion though, it's pretty clear from modern research that static stretching prior riding or other activity is not useful or beneficial for improving your ride or reducing injury. Warm ups that a dynamic are more effective at preparing the body activity. In the video, you do a combination of both. Just a offering a suggestion for efficiency...
