Today I finish the dual eight inch sub box build from last episode! In this video I will run a wire into the box, upholster the box, calculate the port size then stuff it with polyfill.
But first! I unbox a hydro dipped NVX subwoofer from our friends at
G2B Custom Coatings & Vinyl!
This box was built to fit a designated area of the customer's trunk. The box has an internal airspace of 1.5 cubic feet. I input the subwoofer parameters and box size into WIN-ISD pro (windows application) to calculate the proper port size.

OK thoroughly enjoy your videos I’m not trying to be an order but after using that spray glue the propellant or the chemicals in it the fumes coming off of it once a month the subs into the box yes I might be assuming I haven’t watch the whole video But it will cause issues with weakening the glue or adhesive that has been used on the woofer
