Hi MJ and KJ. I really enjoy watching your videos with Ruda and learning about Korean places and culture. They are very interesting and make me want to learn more and of course Ruda is incredibly cute. I was sad to learn Ruda suffers with skin problems. As a person who has experienced many skin conditions throughout my life, I am glad to hear you have stopped using steroid creams. I use them very sparingly and only as a last resort. I have had eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, cellulitis, keratosis pilaris and several other skin problems to deal with over my lifetime, but I have been learning that diet has played a big part. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest to look into allergy tests and even a microbiome study for Ruda. I discovered dairy and gluten are major triggers for my skin condition flareups, particularly eczema and keratosis pilaris. I eliminated dairy and gluten at different stages and found it made a major difference. I have been able to reintroduce dairy and gluten in small amounts, but need to manage them carefully else it quickly shows in my skin's appearance. It may take you all some time to discover, but there could be a potential part of Ruda's diet which she is sensitive to and be causing some of her issues. Ensuring she isn't sensitive to anything, isn't a waste of time if nothing is found, as you can be assured there is no bad effects. Your skin is your largest organ of your body and your body's best defence, so it is worth understanding it well and taking care of it as best you can.

We have something in the states( USA), tht goes under a mask, called a turtle. Basically, you wear the mask, but it prevent skin irratation around the nose and mouth. I will post a link. Not sure if children can use. You can investigate. Just trying to help.

oh shes limping just a little bit stiff, she may need physio and mild rub gel. My daughter still has a bit trouble each year, and we get her a check up 😢 poor Rudee love, hope she gets well 🙏🏻😘 My younger daughter got injured very severely during labor. For some years, when she started school, I put wrist wraps for her knee and ankle lol and buy very cheap muscle gel so it wasnt very strong. She also had some physio, and she gets tired and grouchy, she needs to ibuprofen and extra rest on some days. They do start to heal, through different ages of stages, but really relax time and relief is very good. At the younger years, I give a lot of soft muscle rubs, and a bit stretch with the relax. She still has to build strength. But knows her limit and does ok. She had a severe experience. She was breached and got a broken collar bone, her ankles and back got strained, so she has nerve damage. Where as the older girl, now 10, just has tissue damage from her crash burn out of stumbling into the wall corner with her face at full speed. The physio said she hyper extended her right knee, into action of stepping forward, and this propelled her face into the wall. Her eye socket protected her eye. mb it would have been worse! If she hit her nose and lips. Very unfortunate. smh This summer when my younger broke her arm, oh I felt like such a terrible parent! 😟 I couldn't believe what had happened!!! Some friends made me feel so much better, I was so very thankful, we worked very very diligently to heal her arm straight again. It was 4am, she got sleeping gas and set arm, I had to leave the room and I cried. She ran off, when we were away from home at a pow wow, and threw herself on the soft grass. Her weight was much heavier, and instantly broke her arm! I put it in a sling right away. And called the ambulance. I felt the doctors judged me, I couldn't put as much words together as they needed, but I made a complaint about the site of gathering... no cleared grass area, very unsteady, and no night lighting. It was very late, they hadnt started, so I was packing up to leave. And the host deliberately told my kids to stay, and go dance because it wasnt over. So they ran off, as I folded up the chairs. I know it was innocent and people wanted to have fun. But I'm the parent and it was getting very late for us, with very hot weather, and in a hotel. 😕 We were very scared. But I called on the Lord, and shared my childhood accidents, what happened and how I'm ok now.... it helped me also to be understanding and accepting. Such a big fast world for our loved little munchkins 😊

The best way to exfoliate your facial skin is to apply olive or carrier oil over it and then dip your oily fingers in white sugar. Rub gently all ove for five minutes avoiding the eye area. Then wash off with a natural soap and water. Pat dry, your skin will feel like satin. And all this costs nothing as it is in your pantry. Skin has dead layers and if you apply moisturiser to dead skin layers the moisture cannot get through to your skin. Remove the dead skin layers then the moisture can get through.
