Today's video is 'Making 5 different types of Pasta'.
I made fresh pasta out of scratch and made the pasta dishes!
There are some hassle and clumsy parts that you have to make yourself, but it was healthy, savory and delicious without any additives :)
I made 5 different pasta dishes with fresh pasta, but since all 5 are so delicious, I will leave detailed information below.

Before shooting this pasta cooking video, I read and studied the books 'Pasta; Taste Books by Milly' and 'Pasta Coree by Mok Jin-hee' and it was very helpful! I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in making pasta!

โFresh Pastaโ
First, I made fresh pasta using basic egg pasta recipe, colored it with spinach. tomato paste, and semolina.
For Egg Pasta Dough
Antimo Caputo 00 200g flour, 2 large eggs, little bit of salt, little bit of olive oil
For spinach (you can use green tea powder) and tomato dough (you can also use beets)
00 150g flour, 1 egg, a little salt, a little olive oil
For semolina dough
150 g of semolina, 1 egg
I can make these fresh pasta using rolling pin, but the pasta machine was easy to press pasta thinly and to make it consistent :)

โRagu sauceโ
For a detailed recipe, see the video. The homemade Ragu sauce was delicious as if you were eating at the restaurant. I put 200g of beef and 200g of pork. You will be successful if you make it step by step just like my video without rushing it :) please make sure to add enough salt and peper so it doesn't blend when you mix the sauce with the pasta noodles!

โOil pasta with salmon and soothing (Korean Wild Chives)โ
For detailed recipes, see the video. The tip for the best oil past is the pasta water and fresh garlic. Add sliced garlic and chopped garlic to the olive oil and add the following ingredients when the sliced garlic become golden brown!
I felt something missing by just adding sliced garlic, but it tasted better after add more minced garlic. If you put the noodles in the oil, the oil and the noodles don;t get mixed well, but then you can add about 2 scoops of pasta water :) If it's not salty enough, season it with salt, and add pepperoncino to make it spicy-

โMushroom cream pastaโ
For a detailed recipe, see the video. The cream pasta was really delicious. Aa you make oil pasta, roast garlic and chopped garlic become golden brown, add bacon and mushrooms .
I think it taste better to add whole bacon than thin bacon.
As you noticed, 1 cup of fresh cream and 1 cup of soy milk instead of whole milk, I like it this way and it taste really good. If you are concerned about the fresh cream content, I recommend fresh cream with soy milk.
I didn't have the peperoncino, so I put the peppers. When I boil the cream sauce, it is more delicious if you add the pepperoncino or spicy peppers to make it spicy!

Gochujang(Korean Red bean paste) Cream Pasta
-I made it with Papardelle noodles instead of Tagliatelle Pasta which went well with Bolognese sauce. I sprinkled with sesame leaves and it enhance the taste of whole flavore!
For the Spinach Bacon salad pasta
Sauce- add 3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tspn of chopped garlic, 1 Tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tspn of oligosaccharide, a little olive oil, and salt and pepper.
