[SUB] Pancit Canton Guisado

Pancit canton guisado is another version of Filipino pancit dishes.
Ingredients:
500 grams pancit canton noodles
10 pcs. kikiam, sliced in half
2 pcs. chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 lb. chicken liver
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. chicken powder seasoning
1 medium carrot, julienned
1 medium red bell pepper, julienned
1 cup snow peas, ends trimmed
1/2 small cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups water
2 chicken cubes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolve in water

Kikiam is a Filipino street food it is similar to fish balls 😊.

stop moving the pan if you are using induction, the pan and the stove must on contact permanently, it will ruin the bottom of the pan and at the same time it creates scratches onto the glass top of the induction stove since the pan is steel, it will creates small cracks on the glass of induction stove, its dangerous, you can do the moving of pan if you are using flame stove.
