On the rural market day, I saw various spring greens, seedlings, and spring flowers and bought sweet potato shoots.
On the way home, I also bought flower-shaped buns, which were very delicious.
Early May is the perfect season to plant sweet potatoes and corn.
Corn that grows well even in barren places was planted along the fence, and sweet potatoes, the most important crop in the garden, were easily planted with a comfortable tool.
In the country garden, where spring flowers are in full bloom, I harvested the last of acanthopanax shoots.
I also harvested chives and made delicious and healthy chives noodle.

시골살이를 즐기는 영희의 시골정원에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
시골에 장날이 열려서 다양한 봄나물과 모종들, 봄꽃들을 구경하고, 고구마순을 샀어요.
5월 초순은 고구마와 옥수수를 심기 딱 좋은 계절이에요.
척박한 곳에서도 잘 자라는 옥수수는 담장을 따라서 쭉 심었고,
텃밭에서 제일 중요한 작물인 고구마는 편리한 도구로 쉽게 심을 수 있었어요.
봄꽃들이 만발한 시골정원에는 오가피순을 마지막으로 수확하고,
부추도 수확해서 맛있고 영양이 풍부한 부추국수를 만들어 먹었어요.
