I think its funnier than that, Its obvious from his actions throughout the video that he was facilitating the powers she was demonstrating almost like a demon contract. In a number of scenes his eyes glowed in the darkness like a demon too actually. I think it was more like go ahead be powerful while I do the work. lmao. *Symbolisms in the music video:* • At 0:03, the name of the hotel "The Virgil" appears. Interestingly enough, there is a part of Divine Comedy named "Inferno" where a character named Virgil is a guide through the nine circles of hell. • Bella is perpetrated by two men who were seen entering the hotel. They put party drugs into her drink to make her unconscious. These are likely represented by the people who sexually abused her. • The nine circles of hell is represented by the elevator. At the end she freezes the perpetrators, which is also the last circle of hell. • Sub Urban shows how important it is to give support and help those who have been a subject of sexual abuse in the past and the trauma it can cause.
