No words, dude...that is a nice vehicle! I am trying to get my '73 KG running soon, but it's gonna be bone stock in the engine department! The short drive clip lets me know that thing will r-u-n!! And Tennessee is pretty country---love the scenery.

Beautiful ghia , I'm doing the same to a 70 vert. You mentioned details of the build on another page that I could not find. I'm a little new to this and could have missed the obvious answer. A point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hey, are you using the vw trans if so could you tell me what type of clutch and pressure plate are you running with that swap and also where did you get your expansion tanks. I’m doing the same engine in my Ghia as well. Thanks

I ordered a Stage 3 pressure plate and clutch directly from Kennedy Engineering. It seemed to be fine. The way I set up the expansion tank worked great! I tied in the two coolant outlets coming from the top of the block to go to the expansion tank, as well as coming off my main line as well. I think this really helped burp the system and keep air out. It was a Canton Racing expansion tank
