सर मानसिक रोग को समझने और उसे ठीक करने के लिए हमारे देश में पर्याप्त जागरूकता नही है और ना ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में इसके उपचार के लिए कोई मनोचिकित्सक उपलब्ध है । आप हम जैसे लोगों के लिए यूट्यूब के माध्यम से एक वरदान है ।इसके लिए मैं तहे दिल से आप बहुत बहुत आभार वयक्त करता हू।

डाक्टर साहब, मैंने आपके बहुत vedios देखे हैं सभी बहुत अच्छे लगे। मेने comment section में हमेशा उनकी बहुत तारीफ की है। मैं एक बात कहना चाहूंगा कि आप जैसे अच्छे इन्सान तो संसार में मिल भी सकते हैं, पर आप जैसा डाक्टर तो कतई नहीं मिल सकता। आप कमाल हो, हम जैसे मानसिक रोगियों के लिये वरदान हो, ईश्वर की तरफ से भेजे हुए फ़रिश्ते हो, ईश्वर आपको इज्जत, शोहरत और दोलत प्रदान करें। 🙏🙏

बिल्कुल सम्भव है,आप सुबह - शाम आधा- आधा घंटा अनुलोमविलोम और 21-21 बार bharmari प्राणायाम कीजिये ,और पोजेटिव सोचिये जैसे रोग मेरा स्वभाव नही है, मेरा शरीर स्वस्थ हो रहा है,और मन मे जो भी नकारात्मक विचार आये उसे सकारात्मक बना कर सोचिये ,धीरे धीरे 4-6 month में आप ठीक हो जाएंगे

stay strong ...don't pay attention to this kind of fukin negative things like this will happen ...this will not happen what will happen...stay busy in your routine and remember thinking is thinking it is not real ... your thinking is not you ... whatever u think doesn't affect your body or you.....every human being have around 65-70 thousand thoughts each day and among them 80% are negative so it's natural if your thinking is negative just don't pay too much attention another thing is if you have negative thought for 5 mins or around 1 hr nothing will happen but if you think the same thing for a day then it will create tension in your body and that leads to panic , anxiety worriness ....so leave all this fukin things behind....start your productive day from today cause it will take time may be a month , 3 month but not more than 6 months if you start working on exit plan....and last thing your not alone in this journey ❤️ edited: let's form an Instagram group if u wanna don't feel alone in this journey

Sir 1 and a half years ago i had antibiotics drug reaction.and i fainted down with the drug sever reaction .still now i am afraid to take medicine and food.when i take something in my mouth i feel it will happen again .i cant go out alone i feel afraid somthing will happen to me.every day i had a negative thinking.i m realy afried.

Sir I am suffering from anxiety, panic disorder from last 4 years. And putting my best efforts to overcome with all possible ways like opting CBT therapy, yoga, diet and all. And sir I am understanding well with your CBT course. But sir one thing which really making my moral down is head shaking internally ( Aisa lgta hai ab chakkar aa jayega and mai gir jawunga). Sir kindly make a video over it and suggest me how to overcome from this issue. Or make a video over it. Thank you

15 साल से दवाई ले रहा था anxiety aur depression ki पिछले 2 साल से दवाई बंद करदी तो शरीर में हमेशा थकान कमजोरी मालूम होता है बहुत पसीना आता है सर कूछ बताए बहुत परेशान हु

I have practiced your CbT course as well and I am pretty much fine you can say that now I am 80% cured earlier I used to have high BP and all that stuff but now everything seems to be fine but to that something that comes up now and then like I have cervical radiculopathy and one thing I noticed that this numbness and tingling increases whem Ithink about it and try to find out its causes... it give me more numbnessand tingling.. if I don't think then this symptoms doesn't comes

@@hemantswami3554 I take doctor Kanhaiya online course for CBT and I practice set for 20 days for 1 hour and it shown improvement but ultimately space I have to make my mind clear that I am fine and whatever you happening during the anxiety your panic it just temporary and it would be gone soon

@@hemantswami3554 it can be done but you need consistency for at least 20 to 30 days then will start showing some positive effect . Procedure for CBT is also provided by Dr Kanhaiya KZfaq videos you can refer those it will help you but make sure that write down every point on some fair notebook while watching it .
