In Andhra pradesh, particularly in konaseema and visakhapatnam, Vizainagaram and srikakulam districts., there are lot of coconut gardens. coco Brooms can be made from coconut leaves. Their life is also high. In most of the areas, these leaves are not utilized for brooms. There may be 30 percent people, who are utilizing these leaves for making brooms. I have seen, people are using plastic brooms. For sweeping temple yards and bathrooms, coco brooms can be used. Farmers will also get some ., if anybody purchase these leaves. physically handicapped people can make these brooms. For marketing., some agency must come forward for helping these people. Now, farmers are burning these leaves and causing harm to the nature.
