Sublimating Earrings

My FIRST try at Sublimating Earrings!!!
A friend sent me this image. I don't know where she purchased it from nor where it originated. Sorry. :(
I got my sublimation blanks from:
Etsy Shop: Uniquely Yours by LAN

The sublimation printer I use is the Epson WF-7710. (Purchased from Amazon) This printer is an inkjet printer. I switched out the regular ink for sublimation ink which I also purchased from Amazon. This is the video I used to help me convert my printer so that I could use it for sublimation:

The sublimation paper I used to print these images out on is: A-Sub Sublimation Paper (Purchased from Amazon)

They look great! If you use silhouette you can draw a circle of the size and insert the image into the circle. Just a little tip.

Yes! It's just as easy as your sublimation masks. I think my sub earrings are a tiny bit easier than my sublimation masks because with the earrings I'm dealing with hard surfaces instead of fabric, so I'm a bit less concerned about the paper moving out of place when I press the earrings. You're going to like subbing earrings. I guarantee you.😊😊😊

Hi Michele! Sorry for the delayed response! For these earrings I was using a 15" × 15" heat press that I purchased from Amazon. It's a F2C Professional Multifunction Swing-Away 360-degree Rotation Heat Press Machine that has hat and mug press attachments. I looked on Amazon earlier and the one I used in this video is no longer available, but there are many out there that are definitely comparable. I just got a new heat press last week. I'm going to share an unboxing video along with information about it hopefully some time this weekend.

Hi Rachel! Thank you! My favorite place to purchase affordable artwork for sublimation is Etsy. You can also find some cute free images online! Google "free images" and you can search through a ton of free, downloadable images. Once you download your free images, you can use a program or app to modify the free images to make them your own. Hope that helps!

Hello great video where did you u purchase your heat press? What model is it? Can we put sublibation ink into an epson wf3720 printer do u know?Also do you have a video showing how you printed out the image sorry im a newbie lol

I don't have a video on how to print the image on sublimation paper. It works like a regular printer, except for the fact that you must print it on sublimation paper with a sublimation printer and you must mirror your image before printing. I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the Epson WF-3720.

@@imaniabydesign thank you just one more question so sorry so do we need to purchase a cricut or cameo to make these earrings or can we but the images from people who sell them and just print them on the sublimation paper or do we need a specific software like the ones that come with the cricut etc?

@@Urmyseoulmate you don't need any special software. You don't need a Cricut nor a Cameo to sublimate. You'll just need a sublimation printer, sublimation paper and a heat press. The heat press that I used in this video was purchased on Amazon. Unfortunately the press that I have has been discontinued. If you don't have a table top heat press, you can use a Cricut hand-held heat press to sublimate earrings also.

No base used. The sublimation blanks have a beautiful glossiness.😊

Hey Grace, Thanks for both of your comments. Yes, I did mention mirroring images at 3 minutes and 8 seconds of the video. Unfortunately, my video image was flipped, so it looks like it isn’t mirrored. I have learned so much since I first started out! I am grateful for all that I’ve learned along the way.
