How do I get the chips and ink refills

I bought mine 2 weeks ago from Best Buy. They gave a discount as totech support membership and sale price was 249.00 Then total tech discount. Sale price before tax $ 213.00 haven't set it up yet as watching youvideoio first purchased on 4/22/23. Had notice as arrived at the store and ready to pick up on 4/28/23. I work at a respectful hospital. And would not be home for deliverey. That's why I used the Best Buy store pickup. Besides that don't know if delivery driver dropping my stuff, an damn porch pirates.

Hello, I don't what I did or if I did it. My wf 7820 will not print when I send it from my computer to print. I shows that that the information went to the printer but then it just disappears. Advise
