Since toe of shoe is fairly flat, any chance heatpress could be used to get better, more consistent pressure?

While your lighting is good for everything else, it blows the white croc out so its hard to see what you are doung. Try white balancing on the crocs

What program are you using to create the mirror image?

It's Adobe photoshop. Flip horizontally on the layer or image to mirror it

@@AngelBDesigns try lamination paper and than the sublimation paper on top of it and the color should stay the same
