Thanks for the critique Sam, I’m the one with sun star shot. Complete agree with what you was saying. Composition wise that was literally the only angle I could get as we was on a ledge with a car park full of cars behind them, if we came off the ledge the sun was below my line of sight. The lack of contrast is what has always bugged me with this photo and could never get it quite right without it looking wired. Since your critique I have played about with the image some more removed the purple and blue spots best I could and adjusted clarity and texture and I’m much happier with the image over all now.
