I was always terrified of that fuso. Had nightmares as a kid we'd drive down the road and the cab over would fall forward. Actually saw that on a video this week.

@@InvestmentJoy First truck I ever got paid to drive! Drove that all over Eastern US and Canada leased to Roberts Express Expediting which sold to become FedExCC.. Bear for someone my size sleeping on that bench seat behind cab! I only forgot to latch it down once. Didn't pop up on me, but as soon as I hit the brakes the first time, I knew what I forgot!

I'm a single Mom and drove truck. Was forced to quit my job. Was told I couldn't homeschool or send my Daughter to a private Christian school and the state still illegally kidnapped my Daughter 😭🤬🥵😭💔💔⚰️🧐💣⚰️.....vim thinking death is my only hope at this point cuz I can't fight the law that's breaks the laws with no money or power... Literally every step I take is 100 backwards🧐💔🤬🥵😭💔💣⚰️💣

I also think it's so sweet that you offered the kids some money to clean the trailer park. It's giving them an opportunity to work, and learn, and have some pride in themselves for a job well done. Also, about the cats - if you get a couple cats that are sterilized, they will not be able to create a stray cat gang. I suggest adopting a couple from the shelter, where they are typically fixed when they come in. Good luck to you!

You might want to consider cutting "Dave" a deal on lot rental to watch the property. Obviously he is being vigilant, you might save money. Good job encouraging the kids to help clean for cash, learning value for work.

Good on you for getting the kids involved. When you make the place you live look better you feel better about life in general. Kids are the first ones to call out an adult for breaking the rules.

I spent 3 long weeks in a caravan park (trailer park) after my rental needed asbestos removal. The inhabitants were a unique group of people kicked out of public housing but with 4-6 kids. Very few worked & if not booze, drugs & invaders were the issue. I told nobody we were leaving & left at 4.00am before dawn.

I like that you paid the kids to keep the place clean. Your tenants deserve a clean space and it gives them something positive to do to make a little spending money. I've been a landlord (3 properties) and it can be tough. You seem like a decent guy.

In all honesty he’s a slumlord. I lived in this trailer park for a little over a year. Before it got too cold, I went to turn my heat on and it wouldn’t work. I put in maintenance request after maintenance request and they never fixed it and came and looked at it multiple times. Then my hot water tank went out and I had to put in multiple maintenance request for that to get fixed. After 4 months, they finally fixed the hot water tank 3 weeks before we moved out and still never fixed the furnace. We had to heat with our oven door open on broil all winter long. And had to go elsewhere to shower, and I had to boil water to do my dishes. I have 2 toddlers and a newborn and I told him multiple times. In my opinion, no one should rent from him.

I have worked in rental property my entire life. I’m a paint contractor. Trailer parks always seemed like a cheap investment to start with but man they seem like too much of a headache. Hope the juice is worth the squeeze. Trailers are so aggravating to work on and the people who rent them are USUALLY rough on them. Here in North Carolina trailers on land not in a actual trailer park rent for a lot more and get good tenants. The ones in trailer parks not so much

So how are you figuring out what you make. It seems like uou counted the bills from the coin changer. It seems like you should count the coins from the washer and dryers. Anyone can come in and get change and not use it all at the laundry mat or just get change and leave. That doesn’t make it income. Maybe I missed something though.

@@harrydickballs7521 love my area. I'd wager the air is better than the west coast, and no rampant forest fires. My 2800sf, $130,000 house has an artesian well so I'm biased towards water quality

BRANDON: Put some cameras in empty trailers\apartments, When someone breaks in, you have photo evidence & if its cellar or internet connected, an alert of the break in.

@@scarroll625 Just like anything, you get what you pay for, but a CCTV setup doesn't need to be state of the art or expensive, it's incredibly simple tech. Available for as low as $40-$80, which he can certainly afford.

I feel like if you haven’t already, its time to step up your security, especially in your videos. Basic things like not mentioning the address, blurring the numbers on the front of an apartment, NOT showing you enter the combination on the key safe hanging on the door knob… little things that can be edited out. I hate seeing stuff like this. I know its mostly just how shitty people are but the extra damage is messed up. Ps Cats keep rodent and bug populations down.

Always find your videos useful, but I skip over all the coin and cash-counting stuff. Pretty sure I know what coins and bills look like, but I guess most of the viewers like this stuff, kind of like a porn addiction. LOL
