Amber this happened to me on my Louis Vuitton Pochette Métis review - I am convinced that this is from LV Legal department because the process to submit a claim such as this to remove a video requires the submitter to provide proof that they own the trademark as the business. I am deeply disappointed about my video of my fully authentic bag. I have spoken to other KZfaqrs that this has happened to, and would love to connect with you further to support one another. Thank you for making this video!!

Yeah doesnt sound like a subscriber would do this. LV is huge and if it wasn't for youtube they wouldn't be as popular so you know they have some control over it.

@@erickanew unfortunately it looks like they can submit a counterfeit claim if they don’t want their trademark being advertised in a certain way but I don’t have a ton of answers on what happened for sure 🥺

This just happened to me, too. I had a video erroneously removed for “counter**** violation” and just filed my appeal today. In my case it was also one of my best performing videos that was taken down. The comments have gotten completely out of control to the point where it’s absurd. I spend so much time deleting comments and it’s almost impossible to keep up. I actually just changed my comment settings to hold all for review.

It’s their AI and it’s a huge problem. It can’t distinguish between people selling fakes and people complaining about fakes, trying to call them out. This happened to me on Facebook. I posted a link to a news article about a store selling fake bags and told my friends not to shop there and META not only removed my post I got a demerit on my account. It’s outrageous. If these social media companies don’t start staffing their customer service with live humans it’s just going to get worse.

That is just awful! You worked so hard and that would be very helpful info. They come faster than you can block and there is no way to reach a human. When my IG was removed for counterfeits too and I was so utterly confused. Thank you for sharing this!

Thank you for sharing this with us. I notice an increase in spammers when I comment. I ignore it. I did almost get scammed for a giveaway another KZfaqr did. I was contacted the next day through a text message that I won the giveaway. At first the questions were normal routine questions but then they asked for money for shipping. The address was in the UK. I went back to the KZfaqr and emailed her personally and asked her about it. She said she would never ask for money. She then made an announcement that scamming was going on and hope she reported it…

Sorry to hear Amber, I was hoping this issue wouldn't hit KZfaq but here we are. KZfaq creator support is pretty much non-existent unless you're MrBeast or have inside connections. One of the only (paltry) avenues we have is to Tweet at the TeamKZfaq account on Twitter and I don't even see much success with that, because it just spits out these generic canned responses that don't even make sense. In cases where the creator is able to get their issue resolved, it's because they have a big enough following that a lot of people re-Tweet and it gets on KZfaq's radar. =/

Thanks so much. Yeah it is so unfortunate. This is happening to so many creators. When my KZfaq channel was hacked, I was able to tweet KZfaq, but it took forever to get a response.😬 I really wish it was easier to get in touch with somebody

Hey!!! This is happening to me too, I got two videos taken down this week. I believe KZfaq is using some sort of AI and put videos are being taken down. I appeal and KZfaq have just replied they will not let my video back. Can we join and do something? How come KZfaq gives us no resources for this??

Sorry to hear about your removed videos. It’s really frustrating to spend so much time and dedication to film to have scammers ruin it for you. It’s also really annoying to have notifications regarding scammers reply to my comments. I comment to hopefully help channel algorithms but the scammers are really making me hesitant. I think it happens more on others. I’m also sad my comments have been removed from other channels as well for unknown reasons. Still here supporting you and hope you find a solution, Amber!

Sorry this happened to you! I keep reporting those replies to my comments on YT videos but there has been a big wave in recent weeks. The AI bots are out of control. It’s literally bots commenting then you have to deal with bots responding to you at YT or social media and end up being the human caught in the middle. This is a mess.

I’m so sorry it happened to you! I’m interacting with KZfaqrs content and it’s so annoying to get these notifications because these bots are commenting. KZfaq should do a better job at removing them, it’s just ending up being more work for you and losing some revenue on videos that are doing well. It’s frustrating for everyone at the end.

I posted a video regarding the Dior scandal and it was removed by FB in a flash. It was a video by Sophie Shobet actually. FB said I was promoting fake bags and they flagged me. Not the same thing, but all they saw was fake bags I guess.

Hi Amber! I am so sorry this happened to you. I suggest you set each video to “hold all comments for review” that way even if someone replies to a comment that you have cleared as okay it will be held in review and not seen by anyone but you. You will have to clear every comment but it prevents the scammers comments/replies from being “seen”. Hope that helps! Hugs

I’m so sorry to hear that your video was taken down. Do you still have the recording to repost it? I find pros and cons type video reviews are so helpful. Perhaps a different title would avoid getting it taken down? The positive of this is that you are seen as a very popular channel with much influence, so that’s why you are attacked. I guess you are doing something right! I appreciate the work you do behind your channel. I had no idea you do so much daily just to maintain it. Although this is happening to a lot of other influencers doesn’t make it right. I hope this stops soon for all of you.

I've seen the scammer comments on a lot of videos. If it is affecting your content, it may be best to turn off comments or only allow comments for subscribers (I've seen some KZfaqrs do this in other types of videos). Sorry you have to deal with this.

Sounds to me like it might be a little bit scammers, a little bit LV legal dept, a little bit competing luxury KZfaqrs which, when added up, lead to these ‘take downs’. And lost wages if the content is driving the eyeballs! I always enjoy your vlogs. You and Sophie and Melinda are my favorite nice lady luxury promoters though only for entertainment. You should get together and write a script for Netflix and leave this nickel and dime KZfaq operation. It’s getting crazy!

I think you can also review comments first before posting, which is a lot of work but at least for a bit so these scammers stay away. I wish social platforms would really support their creators with great customer service when they have so many followers…instead of supporting the scammers ….so sad, hopefully they do the right thing! I don’t comment anymore, when I comment, sometimes my comment gets removed for no good reason, yet those bot comments are flooding the comment section. It’s also happening on other social media platforms, under many legit news FB platforms, posts are inundated with scam posts 🤦‍♀️

Odd I do comment but have not received a direct response from these fakes. I do get a lot follow requests on IG and deny all. I guess I’m the opposite & are paranoid about everything & everyone on social media 😂 I don’t respond unless I initiated the comment/conversation! 😝

First of all your videos are always amazing and I’ve been watching you for years. It is apparent to most normal humans that these ridiculous ads pop up literally EVERYWHERE. Hi, Amber! I feel sorry for you. I also want to know what WE subscribers can do to actively help you. I don't want to resignate and let this "contamination" become normal. Can we report these comments? Which concrete actions could help? I'm frustrated too when I receive "responses" to my comments that bring nothing at all to the conversation we can have with other luxury lovers and promote fakes.
