Friday night after work. In the rain, we set out on a trip to Kumamoto, Kyushu.
Rain was forecast for the whole day.
We headed for Kumamoto Castle, one of the three most famous castles in Japan.
The castle tower was surrounded by beautiful fresh greenery, soaked in the rain.
Once inside, we lost track of time looking at the history of Kumamoto Castle and the elaborate model of the castle.
After lunch at an adjacent facility, we picked up some of the local sake and snacks we were looking for and headed for our sleeping places for the night.
On the way, we take a bath and cool down our burning bodies with the smart neck cooler AICE 3.
We will comfortably cook rice in the car and enjoy night drinking with locally brewed sake.
It is the first time to drink rice shochu while listening to the sound of rain.
The time passed leisurely.
The next day, we went to ""Mt. Daikanbou,"" where we could enjoy a panoramic view of the great nature of Aso.
We were impressed by the most spectacular view we had ever seen.
Then we went to the ""Kyushu Camping Car Show"" held in Kumamoto.
We were thrilled to see the latest campervans.

We are a family of three: husband (Shin), wife (Ayako), and daughter (Yuri), both around 40 years old and our only daughter.
