We went camping one day as a cold wave approached.
The forest was covered with fallen leaves under a winter sky, and a stream was quietly flowing.
We warmed our cold bodies with kerosene heater and warm snacks.
For dinner, we enjoyed hot kushikatsu and doteyaki, a recreation of an Osaka Shinsekai specialty.
Late in the evening, the sound of the rain changed and it began to snow silently.
We were thrilled to see snow for the first time this year.

We are a family of three: husband (Shin), wife (Ayako), and daughter (Yuri), both around 40 years old and our only daughter.
