Since Yuri's kindergarten started its winter vacation, we took a trip to the Hokushin area in Nagano.
We went to Obuse, famous for chestnuts, Nozawa hot springs, and to see snow monkeys soaking in the hot spring.
It was a trip of healing and spectacular scenery that made us want to visit again and again.
