Ma shaa Allah! May Allah reward you immensely for your efforts to empower people. I wanted to bring to your notice that , Allah says in Quran : فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا - 94:5. “ For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease, sir not after difficulty. The word مع ( مطلب اس کا ساتھ ہے مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہوتی ہے) If it was بعد that would have been after difficulty Allah swt always always sends ease with difficulty as difficulty is His test for us and this test is open book test that’s why there is always ease with difficulty, alhumdulillah الحمد لله

Umar said, “Why do I not see your servants eating with you? Do you not desire them?” A man said, “No, by Allah, O leader of the faithful. Rather, we have preference over them.” Umar became very angry, then he said, “What is the matter with people who prefer themselves over their servants? Allah Almighty will deal with them and it is done!” Then Umar said to the servants, “Sit down and eat.” The servants sat to eat and the leader of the faithful did not eat.
