I think, success also has it's own significance. It gives you adequate confidence to move forward. But ya, being too happy about it is not good at all. Same is the case for failure as well. Because, being depressed about it is of no use.

Unfortunately we are conditioned from childhood to criticize/make fun / gossip about people who failed, we don't even leave are brother sister . When they make silly mistakes ..... It soooo easy for us to judge other but it's so hard to see our own mistakes and judge self

Success teaches you nothing IMO is a not a very correct statement. Success teaches you nothing only until you start analysing facts on why that success happened! Analyse it carefully and you will get a checklist that you want to adhere to and amend that checklist as necessary.
