I just found your channel cause I was researching thing's to do before/after a transfer, and I'm glad I did! I've been struggling with infertility for 6 year's. We got pregnant with our first transfer, and then just recently on our own for the very first time. Both ended in miscarriage. One was a normal baby, and one was not. :-( We now have to wait 3 month's before we can do another transfer. I had already decided to take these next 3 month's to get as healthy as I can with my diet and exercise. I've watched all of your video's and they've been so helpful with me over hauling my diet, and I will be starting your exercise video's today. Thanks so much in helping us ladies who are going through the same difficult thing's! And congratulations to you and Luca!!

So excited!!! I’m doing our 1st Transfer FET tomorrow. 6/25/24 after a lot of road blocks pushing 2 years in infertility treatment!! Any tips we on,y were blessed with 1 embryo from our 2nd ER in April. It is not PGT tested per out doctor recommendation NERVOUS and EXCITED❤

Wow, what an emotional journey! What an honour to witness the most exciting moments of your IVF treatment! As the final step of the process, embryo transfer is probably the most stressful step. This is the time when embryos start to implant into the uterine (womb) wall and when pregnancy is established. Although it might be quite tempting, generally it’s best to avoid taking a pregnancy test at home during the two-week wait as you might get a false negative or false positive. It’s just amazing to see how much support you get from your husband! The medical team is also friendly and helpful which is very important when choosing a fertility clinic. Why? Simple because these are the people who will be every step of the way of your IVF journey. Obviously, acupuncture offers some benefits to women undergoing IVF, such as relieving stress, improving circulation and lifting your mood. Although there are still not enough data to support whether acupuncture really increases the success rates, it won’t do any harm if you go for it before or right after your transfer. We hope your prayers were finally answered and that now you’re enjoying the blessings of parenthood. Wishing you all the best on your path to becoming parents!

Hi Anna. Congrats to you and your husband. You are my inspiration and definitely my energy. I am going to doing the ivf as well. But unfortunately for me. I am not going to have support system. I am going to be all alone in this. I am not married or have a partner and the big kicker is I'm 49 years old. But seeing you go through all that you been through.
