That was a really great video Mark . When you have someone that enjoys what they do they make a good employee . My last job I wore many hats and really enjoyed working there for 7 years until I became ill . I do miss working , better some now but not able to work from residual effects of the illness. In my opinion, this is a professional channel so I'm not sure why your content editors are mucking it up with the *many* cutaways for 'funny' bits trying to emphasize points. It's just not needed. You have a great personality and an honest delivery, please let's just see you. The other stuff is not needed, it just takes away from the quality of the information you share and the trust you build with your audience by sharing your knowledge of a topic.
