Matthew MacFadyen who plays Tom is British and Sarah Snook who plays Shiv is Australian, but you completely forget that while watching the show because Tom and Shiv sound like normal Americans LOL

It's kind of a mix of things with Kendall. People know Kendall was in position to be the big boss so they respect him based off that. Out of the kids, he's the heir apparent but people also know he had some issues in the past with addiction. He's actually pretty smart for the most part just cringe and addled with the need to impress his dad. When he's on his game he does his homework, he's just not good with being caught off guard. I think with acting CEO it was just something they told the papers and shareholders if the board and banks and investors had to choose between Logan and Kendall they'd still choose Logan so it was pretty easy for Logan to come back and people to be on board. When Logan was in the hospital the stock dropped pretty low. Logan is a bastard and he's sick and all but those people just care about their money and right now Logan was the safe bet.

important thing to note is that ewan is still on the board and takes part in this awful company he’s talking so low about (i do agree). i think he represent some rich leftists, who have views but they are very much on the top lvl.

The crux about Kendall is he isn't really a strong communicator and it can come across a bit out of touch, insecure, try hard and (my man Jeremy Strong's least favourite Kendall descriptor) cringe. Take that bank call - but he's got idea's, some of them very good, and he is more progressive, tech forward, intune with the modern world arguably than Logan and has the education to back it up (Harvard MBA etc). It's almost as if his competency isn't the question but his character - at least in regards to his dads perception of him, like in the first episode he calls him 'soft' the whole big d*ck competition stuff. All I can say spoiler free - anyway another great reaction! I don't want to overhype it but I'm an episode 6 onwards turning point in quality truther haha. I think he was the acting CEO is basically until Logan came back. So now he's back to his original role but just like, off screen

What I never get is if greg's grandpa is so loaded as well why didn't he fly both of them down to ny lmao, a whole 12 hour drive is crazy
