I had never seen a Manipuri wedding before and my God, m i blown or what!!! Its so freaking beautiful....the couple looked extremely attractive, individually n together...totally made for each other. They all are Godesses., North, East, West or South. When all our Bridegrooms are Narayana then all our Brides are also Lakshmi Devi . Only customs differ , the concept is the same.

@@shayanraj7840 no bali wedding is mostly like nepali Kirat wedding. Manipuri wedding is mixture of Vaishanav and Sanamahi. South India is the mixture or Vaishnav and Shaiva. Bengal is the mixture of Vaishnav and Shakti.North India is Vaishnav. Nepal is mixture of Gorka (Shakti) and kirat(Shaiva). Just like that Bali is mixture of their main God and Vaishnav. Goa is mixture of Vaishnav and Shakti (but our main Goddess)🙏🏻🚩🕉 love from Goa

Their main god is Sanamahi Dev like in Goa we have main goddess ekkvira ayi, ltamil nadu main goddess Minakshi devi etc😉

A little correction I wanted to make here: The religion we,meeteis follow is a mix of Sanamahism (the indigenous religion of the meeteis) and Hinduism. In every meetei hindu household,you can see a worshipping place of Lainingthou in the left side corner of the house. They all worship meetei gods along with the Hindu gods so,will be really grateful if you'd all appreciate our Sanamahism side too since it's our indigenous and comes first before Hinduism. Similar to us. We also worship Hindu gods along with our regionAl goddesses and gods,but they are Hindu only. In every household,you can see a corner for our regional goddess. The difference is,for us, every god are equal and mean same to us. Greetings 🌷💛

A true fairytale weeding and I am visualizing the day my sister got married. Through out the wedding ceremony I was pretty busy overseeing but on the next day, when she was moving away to her husband's place, I felt weakened and in a fleeting moment I visualized our times together from childhood to maturity. (5:28), (5:48), (9:34) It's like actually watching an Indian princess in real life. With traditional Manipuri attire and those jewelry, you can mesmerize anyone. I might be wrong but Thai and Manipuri people look like cousins. Now you are also part of the Kim clan. Since COVID-19, i saw multiple Indian Korean marriages thanks to KZfaq recommendation. That too from almost every region of India, be it Northeast, North, West or South. I think only Eastern region is left out. Anyway thanks for sharing this video. Indian marriages are not only diverse but every region has their own beauty and traditions. Feeling lucky and proud. Good wishes and blessings for both of you. 💜
