Maradona was an alpha chad, Messi was a sigma, but Echeverri is not the next Messi or Maradona, he is right footed after all, he has a prankster attitude tho, very different from Maradona who was crazy yet very unironic in his craziness, Echeverri isn't like that, Mastantuono is the next Maradona/Messi, he has a very stoic personality, kinda like Messi but not quite it, he is not quiet or humble, he simply an action man, a sigma male

@@hr-g4640 es mejor que Yamal, me da igual que tenga 16 años, sus grandes desbordes tienen una fecha de vencimiento a una edad muy temprana como Mbappe, en cambio los cambios de dirección de Echeverri… son eternos, se mejoran hasta el retiro de la carrera profesional, como Messi. Echeverri es millones de veces mejor que Julián,y su estilo de juego encaja con el Manchester City,un equipo de posesión,q no le exige recorrer grandes distancias hacia atrás para defender y le permite recibir en la posición q le gusta como mediapunta,tal como de Bruyne o Foden,le van a dar la mejor preparación física,lo único dudoso de q se vaya al city es los minutos q pueda llegar a tener

We got Messi by luck. 2 Italian teams were also willing to pay for his medical expenses, but, somehow he chose us. At that time our board identified Messi as the next Maradona, just like Saviola in 2001, or Neymar as the next Ronaldinho. I remember Laporta saying that Frenkie was signed bc he played a turn like Cruyff's signature turn. So, either they didn't identify Echeverri as the next Messi (I think he's more like Bernardo or David Silva) or bc our board is stupid or River didn't want to deal with instalments.

@@apekpeneng8561 The answer is pretty simple, that Barca board was desperate to get Messi and they did everything to get him, maybe the italians teams didn't do as much for the family, and Echeverri is the closest thing to Messi i have seen in modern football, watch a couple of his recent games at River Plate, that kid absolutely flies through defenders, can score freekicks, penalties, you name it, the only difference i see with Messi is that he's not a lefty, everything else he's pretty much the same. The feeling i get is that Laporta is trying to imitate Florentino, and if we know anything is that Florentino loves to sign Brazilians, and not Argentines, so Laporta sees that as the ''secret Florentino formula'', when in reality it isn't and he's just ruining Barca on his crazy attempt of becoming Florentino.

Laporta without Txixi and Soriano took too many clueless decisions. He kicked out the right ppl (Ramon Planes, Alemany, Pimienta) and hired the wrong ppl (Xavi, Deco and the rest of the board). So, I'm not surprised Txixi wants Echeverri. If Pep doesn't renew his contract and leaves in 2025 and Txixi will follow him too, we have a chance. That is if Laporta can convince him and win the election again in 2026 which I doubt.

le falta que frente al arco, a quema ropa, le tiene que pegar con odio, con una fuerza iracunda, es algo muy dificil de perfeccionar porque la podes volar, pero si le pegas asi frente a la porteria difícilmente te paren el disparo, es 99% gol, la práctica hace al maestro y obviamente es un pibe, ya aprenderá, sin miedo a fallar

No hay ninguno ni cerca del nivel de Echeverri en Brasil,con suerte Endrick, aún así Echeverri está temporada lleva más goles y asistencias en menos minutos,siendo mediocampista ofensivo y no delantero,estevao también es buenísimo como Endrick,pero cuándo se enfrentó con Echeverri el Diablito le metió 3 goles a Brasil,al igual q no tenían uno del nivel de Messi o Maradona en esas épocas,ahora no tienen uno del nivel de Echeverri
