Since childhood, Sudanese music has always been special - the lyrics were in Arabic but the music, far from being Arabic, was already cosmopolitan because of the saxophone if I remember correctly -. Greetings from Algeria and thanks a lot for sharing this video full of smiles!

I am from Sudan🇸🇩 living in California🇺🇲 but this is so accurate as Sudanese we were thought to always be hospitable and kind to your guest, happiness is a choice so be happy. As Egyptian I would love to visit the Sudanese pyramids, they were built by Kushite kings who ruled Egypt from 747 to 656 BC, forming the 25th dynasty and known as "The Black Pharaohs".

I lived in Khartoum in the mid 80's (84-86) with my parents and worked with the Red Cross. I miss Sudan and my Sudanese friends.

@@saraluvcats6891 Yeah, but Sudan is worse, because during the summer the power cuts are insane. And unlike the middle East, we don't have our rainy season during December till February, so the weather is great during those times.

Sudan was incredibly safe when I visited in the beginning of 2020! There were a few regions that weren’t so safe but aside from that no problem. Sudanese we’re really friendly

To everyone in the comment…. YES, please go. And tell everyone about our country. I miss my hon. I’m from Khartoum. My entire family is from there….. yet I’ve been In the U.S. since I was 4. And unfortunately I’ve only gone home one time. That was almost 15 years ago. I stayed away because of all of the terrible things I hear. The was and the corruption. But after all these years I’m reminded of all the beautiful thing of my country and now I’m finally I’m going home.
