In cases of definite diagnosis of SSNHL injection but if delayed diagnosis do MRI

When should we do another PTA after injection or oral treatment to assess the outcome?

Assessment should be done after two weeks of oral steroid and weekly after injection

Hlw Dr Hazem,i am from Bangladesh. I have SSNHL in right ear,i don't hear below 90 dbl, after taking steroids it’s now 50.Now i feel the sound but i don’t understand what or which sound it is. Do you give me any type of suggestion.
