Awesome suggestion but some suggestion from my side: 1. Try to make videos in the range of 8 to 10 minutes as most of the students are not habituated to see this type of long videos (example my friends) 2. Set the speed of the video to 1.25x before uploading as I think you are speaking too slowly ( may be I am wrong ). It will also help you to reduce video length. 3. Give better thumbnails so that people are more willing to click. 4. Write title of the videos like Lec 02: Phases of a Compiler | Compiler Design Lec 03: Phases of a Compiler Example 1 | Compiler Design Thank You.
