I Survived 200 Days in Dawncraft in Minecraft Hardcore!
Dawncraft is a massive modpack that transforms Minecraft into an RPG. In this video I attempt to survive 100 days in this world as I fight through werewolves, ogres, and many other monsters. This is the most I've enjoyed a modpack in a while!

1:36:15 you can't kill the mimicubes because they cooy your active equipment so as long as you have a totem equiped they also have a totem and that makes them nearly unkillable

The Nameless King is a darksouls 3 boss which is actually recommended you fight last in the game so its pretty cool to see him here :p

i recommend learning more about the mod apotheosis, so that you can transfer the rarity of a armor to another to make yourself even more powerful.

Those giant rat spawners are actually extremely broken. They can drop those orbs, not the spirit orbs but the other ones, that let you upgrade stamina and health for a slightly higher price than normal. It lets you just grind to max stamina and hp very very quickly

W! So nice to see someone who knows somewhat of what there doing in the mod, your not the type of person to blindly run into the game and then sit there for 100 days not knowing what’s happening or why. Thank you as always for a great vid! Also maybe try playing most of this in 3rd person, it looks really good. Just don’t do it in really tight spaces.

In the pillager castles, theres many secret rooms where theres blocks of emeralds and chests with even better loot than what you’ve seen in the castle. They are accessible by locating the hand cranks from the Create mod usually near the rooms.

my favorite 100 days series ive ever watched by a longshot! i enjoyed every part of it and i even ended up getting dawncraft cuz of this series. i really admire how you commentate without vulgar language. id definitely watch this whole series again if you started from the beginning and attempted beating it again on hardcore. great vids suev

Just started watching and watched both episodes back to back and I'm in love. You're doing such a good job and I love your interior. The candles look so magical. You really should go look for spore blossoms unless you don't like the particle effect

Instead of placing down waystones every time you should use warp scrolls, they're very useful!

Also the warp stone used to make the waystone can be used the same way repeatedly. You can give it unbreaking and mending IIRC

you might not have known about this but the devs of this mod took a lot of inspiration from souls borne games from fromsoftware. You can see it in the bloodborne bosses such as the ones who dropped a scythe and the father boss. They also brought the fire giant from elden ring and the final boss fight from elden ring which was radagon which turns into the elden beast. Notch had the same moveset as radagon and the elemental diety also had a similar moveset to the elden beast.

Notch's moveset was nothing like Radagon's, and the Elemental Deity's moveset wasn't like Elden Beast's either, only the gold projectiles were even close to similar.

@@NightHybrid⁠⁠the jump in the air with the wave of gold? The animation there may not be the same but the arena, jumping attack, and some other attacks are also very similar to radagons. Much like elden ring and any other fromsoftware game like sekiro and dark souls. They have a second phase to the fight. Im not saying its fromsoftware that they took the idea from but a large portion of the bosses seems to have similar ideas implemented. Its a stretch when I say this but the elden beast is similar in relation to radagon as how the elemental diety is to notch. Both are gods, both are at the end of the game, both have an attack similar to elden stars, both are the final phase. Im not saying its a 1-1 replication but they have similar features.

I may've overstretched my blanket disagreement there, probably should've held my tongue until I was in a better mood, I'm sorry. I can see where you're coming from with certain attacks from both, and I certainly agree with the arena with Notch/Radagon, and a bit with the phase 2 into Elemental Deity/Elden Beast. But overall, neither would make me think of RadaBeast, at least not at first glance. A lot of the bosses in this modpack are very much FromSoft creatures, not even inspired, just straight up converted and ported to Minecraft, obvious ones being the Nameless King, Fire Giant, Loran Silverbeasts, etc. Lastly, you do know not just SoulsBorne bosses have multi-phase fights, right? I'd be willing to bet the majority of bosses in the history of videogames have more than 1 phase.

It also took me some time before realizing as the nameless king and fire giant were what made it apparent for me. What you said was fine lol. I wasnt upset or anything by it. I just saw what you were saying and also saw that you had a point and wanted to explain myself. And yeah lol, Id also bet that most bosses have a phase 2 but I wanted to add something regardless of what it is to the argument to show more similarities between the mod and fromsoftware. I was not trying to make it the main point of my argument though.

Father gascoigne is a bloodborne boss the 2nd boss in the game very fun fight. Seeing how he’s on there must mean the blood and madness mod is in this pack meaning the cleric beast is probably on this mod pack and even trick weapons and guns.

for the abyssal trench you have to first defeat a tower on land, kill the boss and take its "eye" which is the missing part to summoning the boss

when i started to play this modpack the first thing i find was the boss fight arena thing and it had an orgre in it, a dragon and near it was a barbarian camp, a pillager spawner and a goblin and an orgre camp.

The best way to fight mimicubes: 1. Dont wear helmet, because they can mimic your helmet 2. dont have a shield or a totem in your hand, because they can attack while blocking your attacks with shield, and with totem, they can mimic it infinitly, so they can become immortal 3. fight with something that they cant use, like a spellbook from ars nouveau, wich is in the dawncraft or other thing like idk gun, I think they can only hit with items, and shoot with crossbows and bows
