After 2 1/2 hours of driving from Bad Waldsee, we decided to take a break in the beautiful town of Sufers Switzerland, just halfway to our next accommodation which is in Limbiate Italy.
The municipality of Sufers is the northernmost village in the Rheinwald. It lies at 1,428 m above sea level, has around 130 inhabitants and is the only village in the region with direct access to the lake.
For centuries the transit traffic was the lifeline of Sufers. Today, the focus is on the guest and the cheese. Discover the village and the countryside on a walk for free! I can’t believe we have this paradise all just to our selves!
We wanted just to have a quick break but we found a true Nature‘s treasure in beauty of Sufers Switzerland.
