Pan boiling is a stage in sugarcane processing that aim at obtaining sugar crystals from concentrated solution under vacuum and low temperature of around 60 degrees Celcius.
In order to achieve maximum exhaustion of sucrose; boiling of concentrated solution is done in three stages producing A, B and C sugars. Only A sugar is dried, packaged and taken to the market.

Yes. Though it can't be as efficient as in factory.

@@davidcendeza2026 For A massecuite after preparing A graining it is around 4 hours.
