The most UNIQUE dining experience I've had, this one is a special episode that I shot inside hotel Taj Mahal, Delhi and its in their restaurant VARQ, which is known for pioneering contemporary Indian cuisine. A multi course Indian meal, pre plated and absorbed by all senses - is a quick way to describe my experience here. Watch the full video, if you havent already to know how this went.

The meal i tried was very kindly hosted by Chef Aditya Muralishankar and the team at Taj Mahal Hotel. And since this experience was completely new to me, i decided to film it. The entire meal I enjoyed was a five course tasting menu and the price for this exact meal is about Rs.5000 + tax per person. It is not an unlimited meal, but i guess if theres a dish that you really enjoyed and request them to repeat it for you, they might :) All the dishes i tried are also available in their alacarte menu. I did my internship at Varq for over 2 months. It was an experience to say the least. That teekha tamarind is what is still with me to this day. It has been an year already but the memories of this place are very much still intact.

What an amazing place. I really believe that Delhi is also the food capital of India and this video has only affirmed that belief further. The sheer variety of dishes is mind boggling. Am sure the preparations tasted as good as they looked. The most striking part of the food seemed to be the presentation. What's more each course looked tempting, right from starters to desserts. I am a huge fan of our very own Indian food and this place looks like a paradise for us Desi food lovers. The ambience looked amazing too. It's for sure on my bucket list when I visit the capital next!

This was the ultimate luxury dining experience... Just loved it so much.. Way better than the golden thali of Rambagh palace, which looked too disappointing. Would love to try someday ❤️

Please show more of restaurants which the middle class can afford. These 5 class hotels' dishes are too expensive,ore than 1000/- per dish and that too limitedw portions. We can only watch n see what's happening.

Hey the food is so fancy na feels like you r in a restaurant outside india but then such kind of menu can be expected in India with indian food difficult for foreigners to copy, I love the way u explain the food only makes sense coz the way the dish is presented I would not be able to guess what all must have gone into it, also u had to have a lot of patience with food coz after some time u would have being that's it no more fancy food for me (wink 😉) great video tc God bless
