There are so many that talk, talk, talk before they get to the point. And by the way, I am 89, have been quilting for a while but am still learning!

What do they look like put together in a quilt? Do you intersperse them with a skid block, use smashing in between or just sew them all together?

This tutorial popped up after I finished watching something else, and I'm so glad it did. I've been quilting for over 20 years and never saw this method for a 4 patch before. you paced it si even a beginner could catch on. I really appreciate what you are doing for quilters.

This is a really great way to make a 4 patch, thank you! A tip I learned to make sure the pieces are actually cut thru the center was to measure 2-1/4" from the stitch line, that way those pesky pinked edge don't get in the way.

Do you use an Accuquilt? I'm new at quilting and would love to see you demonstrate cutting blocks and strips with this machine. I've watched their video but still confused how to lay the fabric. Fantastic teacher. Self-taught, I'm 74, been quilting for a year and a half. Stayed away from these as I didn't want to drive myself crazy with the squares.

Thank you so much Brenda! I know what you mean about not wanting to ruin fabric! But practice on some scraps or other fabric you may have, you'll get that confidence to cut what you love!! Good luck!

THIS IS WONDERFUL! Game changing! I have tons of scrap squares in several sizes. Can't chain piece them, but this will speed it up!
