I don't put in invisible zippers very often but this is my go-to video when I do. This morning at 7:30 AM teenage DD told me she needed an invisible zipper fixed in her dance costume by 8:15 AM. This video saved me. It's in. Looks awesome.

Toni, this is an excellent tutorial because you provide only the salient points of each step and don't waste our time by forcing us to watch you put in all the pins, sew the zipper all the way down, etc. I put zippers in all of the new pillow covers I made for my couch. They look so professional! I wish all instructional video presenters would follow your lead.

First of all, this video was perfect and told me exactly what I needed to know. I was so nervous about adding a zipper I can't tell you how nervous. Now the bad news. I did all the steps, sewed the right side and it looked awesome and I was super happy. Guess it got a little overconfident because when I went to do the left side I twisted it one time too many and I had to tear out the whole side and start over. And it was a 22-in zipper! That's a lot of seam ripper action. I got it ready to go and pinned to try again in the morning because it's time to go to sleep. Thanks again for posting. Great, understandable content.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I bought an invisible zipper foot online, but it doesn't fit any of my machines (they are all low shank). I just put the zipper in, following your video, with a regular zipper foot - hurray! The nearest store that would sell the little plastic feet is about 30 miles away. Many many thanks for saving the day!
