Got a small crack on my bulkhead, any suggestion for the easiest fix?

Sounds like a pain but removing and replacing the bulk head is the best way to go. Even for just peace of mind alone. Love the videos, beautiful setup. Happy reefing!

Good thing that it's on an accessible area vs under where you have to go through a lot of equipment.

Yes, I have learned from past experience to leave enough room behind every element for maintenance

Replace it and add a union in the middle so that its easier to replace in the future.

Thanks, I have a few unions along the way on all the pipes, but every added union is more weight added to stress the bulkheads so I have to find a happy medium

It may have weakened from UV exposure. A new white one or something with more UV resistance. Amazing setup, thanks for sharing and best of luck solving it

Never imagined UV could have done that, hm.....

Another vote for replacing it & doing the job properly. It'll probably be fine to leave or bodge with silicone but you'll have nightmares about it if you ever need to go away from home for a a while 😅

can't even imagine....

I’ve noticed your pipes don’t have any support clamps especially along the long runs to your sump. That would put a lot of stress on your bulkheads and possibly cause more failures in the future. Can you add support clamps or straps to take the weight off your bulkheads?
