Touria Maimouni applied science is science knowledge being used and translated into daily life like biomedicine, i am not sure if this is correct, engineering?, and many more. Exact science, i think, theoritical science is the correct term, like pure physics or mathematics, pure chemistry, where scientist study and trying to prove theories. Applied science may used this theories and translated into daily life used through multiple experiments. Both science is exhausting to study but worthy.
