I'm going through the same thing that you are going through right now. The anxiety and depression and suicidal thought have been strong the past 2 weeks or so. I'm not on medication for anxiety. I have dealt with it since I was a kid but has gotten worse. I need a prayer and possibly talk about if medication is right for me. It runs in the family and a few members are on medication for it. I need help so bad
