I really wasn't sure whether to post this whether it was simply a way for me to process my own grief which it is but it's also very much set with the intention to raise awareness around suicide. I still feel like there is such a taboo around the topic. Even mental health in general although we're getting there. I think there is always hope even when it seems impossible to see or believe. Please don't ever think suicide is an answer. It's not.
Please reach out if you are struggling. It's normal to feel overwhelmed and need someone to talk to or be there for you. We're social creatures at the end of the day. A problem shared is a problem halved.
