Suicide Silence with Mitch was all about the vocals. With Eddie, there is more about the instrumental parts, they're doing guitar reviews and song lessons. I like that, it's more a real BAND, and not only a frontman with some dudes in the background.

Hey guys, if you prefer Eddie, that's cool and if you Prefer Mitch that's cool. I like both of them. I've listened to every single Suicide Silence song, album, demo and EP. And I love them all equally. Don't hate on others for their opinions, if you don't like mitch's voice, then you don't have to listen to it :) and if you don't like Eddie's voice then that applies too :) don't hate on seperate perspectives, just focus on the music that you enjoy. the whole album is phenomenal, but "End is the Beginning" just absolutely blows me every time I hear it. The gutterals are awesome enough as it is, but that breakdown right before he says "give me your hand" just gets me going every time I hear it. can't get enough of that track.

Because all they do is every so often post a pathetic self pitying status saying "Like or comment if you want to stay" and they get rid of anyone who doesn't even if they didn't know about it but do they care? Nope, because they're idiots. I've never purged my list and frankly I'm the more popular for just being a guy you can talk to once in a while without fear of me removing you. You obviously aren't. And it's funny because literally after that comment i posted yesterday here on youtube,i got a text.... then it turned into an arguement. Bla bla bla bla, the 'friend' i had yesterday is just tooooooo fucking lazy and says rude shit to everyone his age cuz his pride levels are off the chart. Suicide Silence just jumped from my top 20 bands to my top 5 when Eddie Hermeda joined the band. They just sound SO much better, Eddie is way more talented. Those who don't like this are probably afraid of change, but change is what keeps bands succesful

i think Mitch and Eddie are two different sounding screamers with some similar aspects, but i have to agree with you, the music is sounding much clearer and not so smashed together which is one flaw with this sort of metal unfortunately.

Everyone is upset because they wanted a whiny little emo bitch for a vocalist, honestly Eddie was the best choice because not only were he and mitch good friends, but he can do everything already without needing practice. Where as compared to some of the idiots who played at the memorial show couldn't compare, and I LOVED reading everyone's comments saying big chocolate should have been the new vocalist and i laugh out loud every single time because he can't even do highs, he just growls through his bowels lmfao

Replacing a figure like Mitch was always going to be difficult, from both an artistic point of view and with regards to the band’s image. Not to dump on Lucker's memory, but I feel like Hermida's presence has improved the quality of Suicide Silence's music.

Mitch's vocals were so produced. They were fucking sick nonetheless but too much was done to his vocals in the studio. Eddie's vocals in this are pure as fuck. On the lyrics side, I don't really care, I don't listen to the lyrics in music. I mainly listen to the instrumentals, which it seems that *no one* has commented on at all. It's all *VOCALS THIS, VOCALS THAT* in this comments section. Did you know that SS has FOUR WHOLE other members? The intrument work is awesome!

I started listening to Suicide Silence around the time No Time To Bleed came out, and I've got to say, they were the most amazing Metal band I've heard. The vocals, the guitars, the drums, they all had their unique sound. When Mitch passed away, yes, I was saddened. How he died is another story...... But I'm so glad the band moved on and picked a great vocalist! When I listen to this album, I feel like the band has done the right thing. Can't wait for more!

All these people talking about how they either like Mitch or Eddie better... I personally think of this as a completely different band from when Mitch was the vocalist, only because I think Eddie and Mitch are both GREAT vocalists in general, and why go to extremes saying that one of them is really bad? The is a new era of a great band, and I look forward to more great music. :)

Eddie's vocals are better because they are raw unlike Mitch who used a lot of vocal layers to make himself sound good, watch some live videos, his last live concerts. He sounded like Donald Duck. It's obvious that you don't know Eddie Hermida very well but you have a lot to learn now that he's the frontman of Suicide Silence. ;)

Mitch was bubbling with passion; some of which was uncontrollable and some needlessly wasted. Eddie knows how to channel his passion productively to get the desired effect. Mitch had more stamina, he was like a roaring Maserati. Eddie is more like a very efficient Nissan GT-R.

Some of these tracks are really corny sounding but 85% percent of this album is absolutely outstanding and for The people that still are completely idiots saying "oh this guy is better than this guy" etc Eddie wasn't put In the band for them to say "here sound like mitch" he was put in cause he's an amazing vocalist with amazing vocal range I give him props

These guys sound awesome live and they are a cool bunch of dudes. They did a meet and greet after a show and stayed late so everyone that was in line got to meet them. You don't see that every day from bands. Love these guys.

Fucking hats off to Eddie for coming in and doing this band, this record and the memory of Mitch justice. Fantastic record full of ragers. Greg and Corpsegrinder were great additions to the record. Whining and bitching will not bring Mitch back. I miss the guy as much as any other fan but Eddie did great work with All Shall Perish and few people could step up to the plate after what happened. Great band. Great record and all you "true old school fans" need to show respect to the band, Shut up and enjoy the music or if you don't then go listen to something else.

So wrong on many levels bro. George has no where near the range as Eddie has. And Mitch just kinda sucked overall. Every album sounded way too heavily edited as if he wasn't good live or some shit. Mitch was a good vocalist, I just hated how they mass edited his voice in albums is all.

I never really liked Suicide Silence because of Mitch's vocals. But when Eddie joined the band, it became more decent. I'm really not into deathcore if you ask me, but Eddie's vocals are so pure and more powerful than Mitch's vocals. Like Eddie is just like... OOOOOO BABY

Inherit The Crown - good opener I guess, Eddie is really good Cease To exist - Loved it since it came out - Heavy and fast Sacred Words - Pretty good, interesting chorus. Control - Heaviest song so far, great vocals and of course Corpsegrinder! Warrior - best so far, and id say its heavier than Control, or at least better You Cant Stop Me - Pretty repetitive but I think its good. video makes it better Monster Within - kinda meh, Its not bad, but this album kinda getting a little 2 repetitive We Have All Had Enough - good i guess, but ive had enough of chugging by this point Ending is the begging - Those vocals

These guys just got better. The raw vocals are more clear and understandable. They blend in so well with the amazing instrumentals which is my favorite reason I bought this album. Such a solid release along with Chelsea Grins new album as well.

It seems like I'm one of a very small group of people that like both Mitch & Eddie's vocal's. I mean if I had to pick I would say Eddie's are better, but they are both good in there own way and I think that this album is just as good as any other album that they have released, would quit happily sit down and listen to any SS song no matter who is vocalist.

Mitch will always be one of the best singers ever, but I think this band is going to do so much better now that they have Eddie. Mitch wasn't bad for the band, but let's face it, most SS fans couldn't name any of the other band members before he died. Eddie is doing such a great job at making this a band again and I will always love SS and their music Keep metal.

Why is everyone still bitching about Mitch? Yeah he died but fuck it everyone is going to end up dead at one point! Who gives a crap ! I'm glad that Eddie is the new lead, he may not be Mitch but he is still fucking sick! He's vocals are awesome ! Real S.S. fans will stay as a fan until the end no matter what ! Just realize that Mitch would have been disappointed at those who are bitching!!! So to everyone who is still whining, get over it !!!! I for one like this album, it's pretty sick man. Personally nothing will ever beat the cleansing but comes right after as favorite suicide silence albums. I truly underestimated Eddie Hermida. Im so proud they were able to come back from a bad tragedy and write a sick as record. First Deathcore i ever heard back in '09 and fuck i have never been disappointed. This album sounds amazing, although I think they became too generic. It just sounds like every other modern deathcore album would. Suicide Silence has it's special style that no other deathcore band ever succeeded to play and I wish they would have stayed that way. Hope the new album will be better.

I was always a fan of the instruments in SS's music, but i never cared for Mitch's vocals personally. I gave it plenty of chances but couldn't get into it. On the other hand i have always loved Eddie since i am a fan of his vocals in All Shall Perish. I enjoy his work here just as much, but not more. He is what gave this band new potential to me and i really love that an old friend can step in and keep things going. I don't think this is the best album ever, nor is it Eddie's best work but i definitely love it. In any case, this stuff isn't for everyone and that is 100% okay. I hope these guys continue to make more rad music. Hooray for music amiright?

I think Eddie made me like this band. Back when I first heard of SS, when Mitch was lead his vocals just sounded like any other to me. Eddie's voice is pretty distinctive and unique
