Ok, the idea that Holo power levels are inversly tied to breast size is hilarious. Also can't be correct considering Sana and Coco (and to in a more down to earth manner Noel) are all quite strong.

@gokbay3057 the theory seems accurate for the current pantheon. Watame has her watamelons and it's just a sheep, Noel might be strong but not superhuman, meanwhile ina can summon eldritch horrors and laplus' world threatening powers had to be contained.
