Another thing that amaze me was when StartEnd was interviewed by the host for their 16th place placements, Aqua manage to answer them without getting nervous and awkward, and you can hear from the tone that she sound so happy after playing with them.

Last year was Pekora character development, this year is Aqua character development, i love hololive help introvert people to start communicating with each other...

The whole 4th gen is pretty close with Suisei, im guessing they probably hung out sometimes when they visited KanaCoco since Suisei lived nearby in the past. Suisei/Towa did mention Suisei randomly having the desire for meat and demanding Towa join her to a restaurant while it was raining(or was it snow). The only one a bit detached is Luna, but she has her own group that lives near her instead.

Startend becoming closer and aqua becoming more visibly comfortable bantering with towa and suisei is a treat sweeter than victory

that's the usual transformation of introvert when she's became a close friend with someone

Acutane actually had better character development than most anime characters

The only time I noticed that aqua was already comfortable was when aqua laughed in devotion That will take a lot of courage for an introvert who isn't close with a team

Seeing the introvert that is Aqua opening up, enjoying playing with someone else, becoming so strong and embracing being a team to the point of having actual comversations of that level with someone, lovely.

It just shows how comfortable she is around them

This was my real reason for pushing Aqua to collab with someone, anyone. She learns to make friends and be more confident. Success was already had by the time she was in the month of scrims. It also goes both ways; Suisei speaks to Aqua as though Aqua is one of her dolls, and Aqua does like it. Aqua also levels with Suisei immediately now. I'm sure all of this boosted Towa's own confidence in herself too. This isn't Start End; this is Star Tend, the tending of nascent stars.
