Hello, we’re the architects for this house; After noticing a few queries on the comments here and seeing a few common misunderstandings related to cost, we would like to point out to prospective homeowners that having maximum openings compared to a conventional case with lesser openings area, usually increases the cost (because cost of openings is more than masonry/ wall cost - aluminium and steel framed openings cost approximately ₹300-₹500/ sqft (sometimes goes higher if using premium aluminium framed systems like Tostem and above) depending upon the size and opening type such as sliding/ sliding-folding etc). Masonry cost is usually lesser even if we add finishing. This is a common misunderstanding among many clients/ homeowners that needs to be understood correctly. Thanks
