lived in San Francisco CT around the corner from 1970 to 1973. Sawan CT and Aree Ct are all in a small alley way. The King's doctor had a beautiful home nearby. I went back in 2022 but did not see the house. San Fran Ct is still there. built in 1964.

I sure will. John is a great guy. I was out until 3am last night, running around W District area with the guys. No beer today. Heading to swim laps and then I'll go get some food. But, I've seen the Sunday show a few times. Good tunes. I live down the street at Condo One X. Ok man, jumping in the pool. Catch ya later

They just re-named the Irish Bar next to Hooters on Soi 15. I need to stop and have a pint. That's a good street

@@EagerExpat yeah that bar was closed for a while after Covid, reopened when I was there in April. However you'll normally find me in Hooters for a couple before a night out... 😬

@@No_Strings Hopefully it stays open. The Hooters in Pattaya just closed. I heard it's the same owner as Soi 15 and Soi 4. It was open a week ago on Soi 15. I haven't been down Soi 4 in awhile

@@EagerExpat yeah hope so, they rotate some staff between 15 and 4. Also a couple of the girls from 15 relocated to Pattaya, so I'm hoping they'll be coming back 😁

@@No_Strings Stick your head in Queen Bee on Soi 26. Nice place for a beer. If you want to cut over to Soi 24, head through the Double Tree and you exit at the Hilton on Soi 24

Thanks fir watching. If you have Hyatt points, the Hyatt Place on Soi 24 is great. It's very new and last time I stayed maybe 2019 it was a category one

Old sub for the Tijuana content. Visited Thailand back in December on vacation and watched a few fo the newer videos on a whim. Are there any other outlying areas popular with expats or do most folks stay in Sukhumvit area? I spent some time up towards Phaya Thai and really enjoyed it but was as tourist/backpacker rather than expat.

I'll find expats everywhere. I'm heading up to meet friends past Phaya Thai in Ari today. One of the larger expat "off the Sukhumvit" areas is Thonburi.. Near the new Icom Siam mall. Before the mall and train heading to the area, many long term expats bought places in that area. Today it's a little more expensive. But, the bottom line is Sukhumvit is expat central. But many Thai professionals I know come to Sukhumvit to eat and party.

Yes, I always liked Soi 26. I used to go to Queen Bee back in 2015 or maybe before. This was always the tree lined street. I really like my condo. It does flood back here, but only when it storms for days. It hasn't flooded since last year.

Plant man just drives around selling plants. There is also a dress and purse truck. I ended up getting a new place on Soi 26. Condo One X. Thanks for watching
