I understand makeup techniques changes but I don't understand why the forehead is dark, under the eyes are bright, cheeks and jawline are dark. To me that's too many shade tones going on. I'm familiar with drag queens using this type of makeup technique because they are trying to look feminine and hide hard manly features.
