I agree with “taxing yourself” I’m in my early 20’s and I realized a lot of times I gave my body away just for intimacy cause I was lonely. The men could never give me more than dick. I could barely get a text. But yet I gave my energy away so many times. I’m starting to learn if you can allow a man to get some 🐱 from you and only receive your energy without giving any away to you then yes you have no self worth. You’re allowing yourself to be used.
